Court granted summary judgment in case where plaintiff is a quadriplegic as a result of an injury claimed to be associated with birth. The contention was that there was a failure to properly diagnose and treat a cervical epidural hematoma. The plaintiff’s life care plan was for $25,000,000. Summary judgment was filed contesting the plaintiff’s pediatric neurologist’s testimony on the issue of causation relative to the a Daubert challenge and summary judgment was granted.
