Plaintiff was admitted to Cullman Regional Medical Center for a total hip arthroplasty.  It was noted on the postoperative X-ray that a crack in the femur at the top of the stem was found.  Plaintiff claimed that after admission while be taken to X-ray he was dropped by the X-ray techs and as a result suffered a broken leg.  According to the doctor’s testimony the femur cracked during surgery and a post-op X-ray confirmed that it was not caused by the fall.
