Jay Juliano and Deborah Ann Wakefield obtained a unanimous jury verdict in favor of the defendant in a medical malpractice wrongful death suit filed against an orthopedic surgeon.  The plaintiff’s attorneys asked the jury to return a verdict in the amount of $4,250,000.  The verdict for the defense was not challenged by the plaintiff on appeal.
