Jay Juliano and Deborah Ann Wakefield obtained defendant’s judgment following week-long malpractice wrongful death case involving death of patient in the emergency department.  The claim against the hospital was that the patient was not properly monitored and assessed following administration of IV Dilaudid for severe abdominal pain.
