Parsons, Lee & Juliano has defended a wide range of companies in the area of workers' compensation since the firm's inception. We have defended corporations in all aspects of litigation brought under the Alabama Workers' Compensation Act, including lawsuits against co-employees and for wrongful termination throughout the State of Alabama. We have successfully litigated workers' compensation cases throughout the entire State of Alabama. We have been successful in having had workers' compensation settlements approved to avoid litigation as well. Our attorneys serve on the Alabama Bar Institute Continuing Legal Education Committee on Workers' Compensation and present seminars on the defense of workers' compensation cases for employers.
