The Firm's practice has always included representation of insureds of numerous liability carriers writing varied lines of insurance throughout the United States. Additionally, Parsons, Lee & Juliano has directly represented insurance companies in numerous scenarios. Our representation of insurers includes providing coverage analysis and opinions arising from all lines of insurance. We have significant experience and expertise in all areas of litigation dealing with insurance coverage issues including declaratory judgment actions, intervention actions on behalf of the insurer seeking to have coverage issues resolved either by special interrogatories, special verdict form, or to actively litigate coverage issues. We have successfully represented insurance carriers defending claims for bad faith and breach of contract as well as in prosecuting and defending declaratory judgment actions.
