Parsons, Lee & Juliano, P.C. was founded on April 1, 1986, by Robert Parsons, Jay Juliano and Mark Lee, three partners from one of Alabama's oldest and largest law firms devoted exclusively to civil litigation. The founding members believed that a need existed for clients to be represented by attorneys who were committed to providing personal attention. The firm utilized this philosophy to establish a client base that included healthcare providers, the automotive industry, international manufacturers, national retail and restaurant chains, the insurance industry and numerous governmental entities throughout Alabama.

Through this representation, Parsons, Lee & Juliano has established itself as one of the leading litigation firms in Alabama and gained a reputation for providing superior representation as well as for involvement in professional, civic and service-oriented groups. Both Mr. Lee and Mr. Juliano were inducted into the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) — a national organization of litigators requiring the completion of at least 50 jury trials before eligibility — in 1985. At the time of his induction, Mr. Lee was the youngest Alabama lawyer inducted into ABOTA, and in 2005, Mr. Juliano served as president of ABOTA's Alabama Chapter.

As the firm has grown, the attorneys joining Parsons, Lee & Juliano have maintained the level of excellence established by the firm's founding members. Each of the firm's senior members has been awarded an AV peer review rating by Martindale-Hubbell. Marda Sydnor is one of the most experienced trial lawyers in Alabama defending remises liability cases, and she has also served in various positions of leadership in the Birmingham Bar Association including most recently as President from 2005-2006. David Lee is one of the most successful lawyers in Alabama defending automobile and truck liability cases, and he was recently inducted as an Advocate member in ABOTA. Likewise, the firm's younger lawyers have established themselves as proven attorneys and leaders in the community who will continue the firm's excellent service well into the future.
