Parsons, Lee & Juliano, P.C., was founded on April 1, 1986 by three partners from one of Alabama’s oldest law firms dedicated exclusively to civil litigation. Since the formation of Parsons, Lee & Juliano, the firm has continued its specialization of civil litigation.

The firm and its staff concentrate their efforts in areas of medical malpractice, healthcare law, products liability, premises liability, insurance defense, coverage issues, and municipal governmental liability. Throughout the history of the firm, Parsons, Lee & Juliano has had the privilege of state-wide representation of healthcare providers, the automotive industry, international manufacturing concerns, and numerous governmental entities throughout the state.

After experiencing the strengths and weaknesses from working in Alabama’s largest firm dedicated solely to civil litigation, the founding members of Parsons, Lee & Juliano believed that a need existed for clients to be represented by attorneys who were committed to providing personal attention. It is by this philosophy of client representation that has afforded Parsons, Lee & Juliano the opportunity and privilege of representing healthcare providers, the automotive industry, and governmental entities.

The firm is especially pleased with its dedicated support staff it has developed over the years. This staff enables the firm to provide the level of representation a client deserves while also being mindful of the expenses of present-day litigation.

The firm is also keenly aware of its obligation of service to the community in non-representative capacities. Members of the firm have regularly lectured to organizations and groups in areas such as healthcare matters, litigation avoidance practices, and employment-related matters. Furthermore, several members of the firm have served as officers of the Bar Association.

Parsons, Lee & Juliano enjoys the highest rating afforded by the legal association’s oldest and most well-known rating organization, Martindale-Hubbell.
